SHIPPING
Since each item is made to order according to your size and requirements - we need a some time for make it and we will send ordered items within 10-14 business days after the payment is received - if not specified otherwise.
International delivery will be made only by registered airmail of Ukrainian postal service "UKRPOSHTA" and your country's regular post service with a tracking number. Regular shipping via this method from us cost only $10 for you – worldwide in any countries.
Buyers in Ukraine - you can convo us for specify details for another paying and shipping way.
We do not sell and ship any items in Russia.

Delivery via registered airmail takes about 1-3 weeks (shipping time varies for each country - usually 7-15 days to USA, 5-10 days in EU, sometimes up to 1 month - in the case of distant countries, such as Australia). Postal difficulties may happens, but do not worry, just wait. Your understanding is truly appreciate!
All items will be carefully packed.
Please be aware that your country may charge Custom's duty, taxes, and other handling fees - you are responsible for all customs duties or import fees in your country. We don't pay for your country’s any Import Taxes, Duties, VAT, etc... Please to know your customs regulations.
Please attention! Since our products are made of precious metals, we do not run the risk of sending it to the country, postal regulations which prohibit the shipment of such products - such as Romania, Portugal, Bolivia, Colombia and others. Please, before ordering, make sure that the postal and customs regulations of your country can receive parcels with this content.
MISSING ORDERS:
Please note that although we can not be responsible for orders that are may be lost in the mail or held by customs officers - in the case of loss of the order, we will make every effort on our part to find the missing, and solve this problem for you. If you track that your order may be lost in your country - please contact your local post office in your country, to try to find your order - to you must be easier to contact and understand with your official persons than we can do. Maybe, the parcel just waiting for your payment of tax (but this we had never:) and / or there was by accident a lapse in communicating its arrival to you. Please, be patient.
In any case, we will always try to resolve issues to the mutual satisfaction.
REFUNDS:
Refunds is available. For a refund to be processed, it must be returned within 14 days of delivery (we take into consideration the time it takes for parcels to arrive), the item must be in the good condition. We will make new item for you or refund purchase price, your choice (we can refund the money minus shipping and Paypal/Etsy commissions, plus for the sales tax - for orders from California, sorry). Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, you will be full refunded after we will recieve shipping back.
Ring size occasionally mistakes. We very encourage you to get your size determined by a jeweler ring sizer - find any jeweler shop in your location. If I make a mistake and ship a wrong size to you - I will resize the ring for free. If you make a mistake and provide the wrong size - it will be cost $20 for it to be redone in your right size (if this is not have other specifically stated in the item's description). In any case you must at first send back the wrong order to us.
Often a local jeweler may increase or decrease the size of the ring right there on the spot in your region for an exact fit - it save you the time and trouble of sending it back to us.
However, on any issues we can agree to come to the mutual satisfaction - feel free to contact us any time.
ADDITIONAL POLICIES
We guarantee all our work against normal wear and tear. But be reasonably carefully with it. It is handmade from natural materials but if you drop, throw, hit it a hammer, will wash aggresive chemicals or if it gets broken while your baby is playing with it - let's will consider it for your responsibility.
Keep in mind that precious metals, like everything else in this world, as a rule change condition over time - they are covered with a patina, scratches, oxidized and polluted. Usually enough to wash with soap and water, but you can refer to a local jeweler for a deep cleaning and polishing.
Please use caution with jewellery when using machinery - you can get injuries! Take off your jewelry and neckties!
